TERM AND AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues until terminated in accordance with its terms (Term).
2.2 The relationship between the parties shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement and each Statement of Work until both are terminated in accordance with their terms.

TERM AND AGREEMENT. Only the « Marina Member(s) » and guests shall have access to and use of the boat slip from 6 am to 11:00 pm / 7 days a week during the duration of this lease. Guests are not allowed to entire the marina area without the presence of the « Marina Member(s) ». This lease has a minimum term of one (1) month and a maximum term of twelve (12) months beginning on November 1rst of every year and can be renewed with approval of a Marina Committee Member or Management Team. Higher Prices can be established by management without notice upon renewal.

TERM AND AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect from January 1, 2006 through and including December 31, 2009. All monetary benefits hereunder shall apply retroactively to January 1, 2006 unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement, and payments of any money due shall be made as soon after the execution of this Agreement by all parties as may be practical in accordance with the provisions defined in Article 5 herein. Collective bargaining negotiations for a successor agreement on the terms of this Agreement shall begin on October 1, 2009 or as otherwise required by the New Jersey Employers-Employees Relations Act. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during collective bargaining negotiations between the parties beyond the date of expiration and until a successor agreement is executed by the parties or a successor agreement becomes effective by other lawful means.

TERM AND AGREEMENT. 4 This is a bilateral and binding AGREEMENT made and entered into this July 1, 2015 5 between the Rim of the World Unified School District (District) and the Rim of the World 6 Teachers Association (RTA or Association), which is an affiliate of the California Teachers 7 Association (CTA) and the National Education Association (NEA). 8 This AGREEMENT is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540-3549.1, 9 inclusive, of the Government Code ("ACT"). 10 This AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect July 1, 2015 up to and including June 30, 11 2018; and thereafter shall continue in effect unless one of the parties notifies the other of its 12 request to modify, amend, or terminate the AGREEMENT.

PMC shall furnish to the Board of Directors promptly upon its request, such information as may reasonably be necessary to evaluate the terms of this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment thereof.
TERM AND AGREEMENT. 1. This Agreement shall continue in force for one year from its effective date and thereafter shall automatically be renewed every year for a further one year period; provided that either party may unilaterally terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party of its intention to do so.
2. Upon termination of this Agreement, all authorizations, rights and obligations shall cease except: (a) the agreements contained in Section F. hereof; (b) the indemnity set forth in Section H. hereof; and (c) the obligation to settle accounts hereunder, including payment of any applicable commissions on premiums subsequently received for Contract Certificates in effect at the time of termination or issued pursuant to applications received by Broker before termination.
