TERM OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT. A. The term of this Contract Agreement is July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, at which time the Contract Agreement expires, subject, however, to earlier termination or cancellation as herein provided. Commencement of Work: Should the FUNDED PARTNER or Subcontractor begin work in advance of receiving notice that the Contract Agreement is executed, that work may be considered as having been performed at risk as a mere volunteer and may not be reimbursed or compensated. The final date to submit a signed Contract Agreement is September 1st. A Funded Partner who fails to comply with this requirement may be deemed non‐responsive and a Contract Agreement may not be executed. This Contract Agreement is fully executed when signed by the Executive Director of Area 4 Agency on Aging.

TERM OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT. Base Period Seven (7) Years (proposed - October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2031) Extensions to Base Period At the conclusion of the base seven-year period, the contract may be extended, for up to three (3) one-year option periods, the first from October 1, 2031 through September 30, 2032; the second from October 1, 2032 through September 30, 2033; and the third and final extension from October 1, 2033 through September 30, 2034. The Extensions to the Base Period will be by mutual consent of the ACC and the Proposer. ACC shall notify the Proposer of its desire to exercise its option to extend at least 12 months prior to the end of the base or extended period and Proposer shall confirm consent within 30 days of notice.
