Examples of Date of Ratification in a sentence
All non-compensatory provisions, wages and benefits shall be effective from Date of Ratification unless otherwise specified in this Collective Agreement.
Every employee who is a member of the Union as of the Date of Ratification of this Agreement or who becomes a member of the Union thereafter shall maintain his/her membership in good standing in the Union for the duration of this Agreement as a condition of continued employment.
The provisions of this Agreement shall come into force and effect on the Date of Ratification of this Agreement.
All provisions shall be effective from Date of Ratification unless otherwise specified in this Collective Agreement.
