Common use of TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of Memorandum of Understanding shall be from July 1, 2017 until June 30, 2020, and thereafter shall continue from year to year. Either party may request modification by March 15, 2020, in which event, meeting and conferring shall begin no later than April 15, 2020.

Meet and confer sessions for Fiscal Year 2020, and thereafter -2021 shall continue from year to year. Either party may request modification by commence no later than March 15, 2020, in which event, meeting and conferring shall begin no later than April 15, 2020.
