Common use of Term of MOU Clause in Contracts

Term of MOU. The term of this MOU shall be effective as of the day and year indicated on the first page of this MOU (“Effective Date”) through December 31, 2032, unless terminated earlier pursuant to subsection F, below. Prior to expiration of this MOU, all Parties agree to meet to evaluate the need for continuing participation. If all Parties agree that continuing participation is desirable, they shall negotiate for their respective Boards’ approval, a written extension of the term of this MOU, and any applicable additional MOU Measures.
