Common use of Term of MOU Clause in Contracts

Term of MOU. a. The term of this MOU shall be from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions in C.1.b. below. b. Either party to this MOU may terminate the MOU for convenience and without cause.
