Common use of Term of MSA Clause in Contracts

Term of MSA. This MSA has a one-year term, which applies solely to this Agreement. The term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date set forth above and will continue until terminated by either party as provided in Section 4.1 below. In the event that a Support Service Agreement, as defined in Section 1.17 provides for different terms, the Support Service Agreement’s term(s) will control only for that specific document.

The term of this Agreement will commence beginning on the earlier of the date on Customer’s invoice with Centre, the date on which Service delivery begins or the date on which your use of the Service begins (“Effective Date set forth above and will continue until terminated by either party as provided in Section 4.1 belowDate”). In the event that a Support Service Agreement, as defined in Section 1.17 provides for different termsthe Agreement is not timely terminated by either Party ninety (90) days prior to the anniversary of the Effective Date, the Support Service Agreement’s term(s) will control only Agreement shall automatically renew for that specific documentsubsequent one year terms unless terminated in accordance with Section 4.1 below.
