Term of the Matrix. The Matrix shall be in force from the execution of this Agreement and until December 31, 2010. Once such term has elapsed, each of the Parties may indicate to the other Party their respective increases to one or more of the rates indicated in said Matrix (in addition to the provisions of Section 6.5 (c)) and in case no agreement can be reached with respect to such rates, the Parties may apply the corresponding TUCE Rates.

  • Lease Period The Lessor agrees to permit the Lessee to make use of the leased premises under this agreement for the period prescribed in Appendix A.
