Common use of Terminal Illness Clause in Contracts

Terminal Illness. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by written report hand delivered, faxed, sent via encrypted email, within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of the death due to terminal illness of any person served pursuant to this Agreement.
