Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. In the event that at any time Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated (x) by the Company for Cause or (y) by Executive other than with Good Reason, due to Disability, or in a termination governed by Section 5(m) below, then (z) the Term of Employment will (if it has not already expired) terminate automatically and the Company will have no further obligations to Executive under this Agreement except for any payments and benefits described in Section 5(f).

In order for Executive to terminate his employment voluntarily Executive must provide sixty (60) calendar days written notice to the Company of such termination pursuant to Section 18 hereof.
