Common use of Termination by the Licensee Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Licensee. 7.1 The Licensee may terminate this License Agreement by giving written notice to the University. Such termination will be effective ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the notice, and all the Licensee's rights under this License Agreement will cease as of that date. 7.2 Termination pursuant to this Article does not relieve the Licensee of any obligation or liability accrued by the Licensee prior to the effective date of termination or affect any rights of the University arising under this License Agreement prior to termination.
