Termination by the Licensee. a) The Licensee may choose to terminate this Agreement at any time after the expiry of the initial term by providing 30 days’ written notice in advance. b) The Licensee will be liable to pay any Monthly Licence Fee which falls due during the 30 day notice period, up to and including the day of termination.
