Termination Documentation. Upon the expiration or termination of the Term and performance of all obligations required of StadCo hereunder, XxxxXx shall immediately upon the request of ECSC, deliver a release of any instruments of record evidencing this Stadium Lease, and a quitclaim deed conveying to ECSC all of StadCo’s right, title and interest in and to the Stadium Complex.
Termination Documentation. 16.5 In the event of termination in accordance with Section 16.1 the Participants will execute any documentation, including appropriate confidentiality requirements, licences and releases, reasonably requested by the Owner, to deal with and close out any acts, events, circumstances or issues arising out of or in connection with the termination of this Agreement.

When all debts, liabilities and obligations of Venture have been paid and discharged or adequate provisions have been made therefor and all of the remaining property and assets have been distributed to Members, an appropriate termination document shall be executed and filed as required by law.
