Termination for Illegal or Other Activity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EtechGlobal may, but has no duty to, immediately terminate Merchant and remove it from EtechGlobal servers if EtechGlobal in its sole discretion concludes that Merchant is engaged in illegal activities or the sale of illegal or harmful goods or services, or is engaged in activities or sales that may damage the rights of EtechGlobal or others. Any termination under this Section 7.2 shall take effect immediately and Merchant expressly agrees that it shall not have any opportunity to cure.

  • Termination of Relationship If Optionee terminates Continuous Status --------------------------- as an Employee or Consultant for any reason, Optionee may exercise this Option during the Termination Period set out in the Notice of Grant, to the extent the Option was vested at the date of such termination.
