Common use of Termination of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Termination of Benefits. Except for any right of continuation of benefits coverage to the extent provided by COBRA or other applicable law or as otherwise described herein, benefits shall terminate pursuant to the terms of the applicable benefit plans as of the termination date of Executive's employment without regard to any severance, consulting or other payments to Executive following such termination date.
