Termination of Change of Control Agreement. Effective with the Resignation Date, the Amended and Restated Change of Control Severance Agreement dated June 5, 1997 between the Company and Employee is hereby terminated.
Termination of Change of Control Agreement. On the Retirement Date, the Change of Control Agreement between the Executive and the Company dated effective as of September 26, 2007, as amended by that Amendment No. 1 to Change of Control Agreement dated effective as of June 1, 2008 (the “Change of Control Agreement”), shall terminate, and all rights of the Executive thereunder shall be extinguished.
Termination of Change of Control Agreement. In consideration of the Company’s agreement to enter into and provide the terms of this Agreement, concurrently with the execution hereof, Employee shall execute and deliver to the Company a termination of the Change of Control Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Termination of Change of Control Agreement. On the Employee Retirement Date, the Change of Control Agreement between Xx. Xxxxx and the Company dated as of June 30, 2009, shall terminate, and all rights of Xx. Xxxxx thereunder shall be extinguished.

The Employment Agreement between you and Nordson that is effective upon a change in control (the "Change of Control Agreement") is hereby terminated, and, after the execution of this Agreement, you will have no rights or obligations under the Change of Control Agreement.

The parties hereto agree that upon execution and delivery of this Employment Agreement by the parties hereto, the Change of Control Agreement dated August 9, 2016 between Executive and Company is terminated in its entirety with no obligations owed by either party thereunder. Termination of Change of Control Agreement. The Change of Control Agreement, dated as of July 23, 1998, between you and STERIS (the "Change of Control Agreement") is hereby terminated. From and after the date of execution of this Agreement, you will have no rights whatsoever under the Change of Control Agreement. You hereby waive and unconditionally release STERIS from any and all claims whatsoever arising under or with respect to that Change of Control Agreement.
Termination of Change of Control Agreement. The parties hereby agree that the Change of Control Agreement by and between the Xxxx and Summer Infant (USA), Inc. dated as of December, 2009, is terminated effective as of the Termination Date.
Termination of Change of Control Agreement. Effective as of the Retirement Date, the Change of Control Agreement between the Company and Executive dated February 16, 2011 shall be canceled and terminated in its entirety.
Termination of Change of Control Agreement. Effective immediately on the Resignation Date, Employee’s “Management Retention Agreement” dated November 26, 2001 shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.
