Termination of Continuation of Coverage. If you have not reached age 55 at the time your continued coverage begins, your continuation of coverage shall end on the first to occur of the follow­ ing:

Termination of Continuation of Coverage. Continuation coverage is not available after whichever of the following dates is first to occur. The date the maximum continuation period expires for the corresponding qualifying event The date this Plan is terminated The date the individual fails to make the required contribution to continue coverage The date the individual becomes covered under any other group health plan without being subject to any exclusions or limitations with respect to a pre-existing condition The date the individual becomes covered by Medicare With respect to coverage in excess of eighteen (18) months by reason of disability, the end of the first month that begins after a final determination under the Social Security Act that the disabled individual is no longer disabled.
