Common use of Termination of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Termination of Insurance. This coverage terminates on the earliest of the following: a) When Your Account is closed; b) When Your Account is ninety (90) or more days past due but coverage is automatically reinstated when the Account is returned to good standing; and c) When the Master Policy is cancelled except that the Insurer will remain liable for the claim if the event giving rise to the claim occurred prior to the effective termination date and the claim is otherwise valid.
