Termination of Program and/or Individual Position. An immediate supervisor is not obligated to renew any Job Share position. If one Job Share partner requests a leave of absence or resigns, the other Job Share partner may be faced with the choice of full-time employment (as assigned based upon Section 106.7) or resignation.
