Termination of Record. Upon termination of this Lease as to any portion of the Leased Premises, Lessee shall promptly deliver to Lessor a plat showing the designated production units around each well and a partial release containing a description (metes and bounds and map) of the acreage and depths not retained, in form suitable for recording. In addition, Lessee shall peaceably surrender the released premises to Lessor and remove any and all facilities, equipment and machinery from the site within 90 days at Lessee’s expense if the same are not necessary for continued operations as described in Article II, Section 5(c) above. Further, the affected land shall be reclaimed in accordance with Article V, Section 1(m) of this Lease. Upon termination of this Lease or any portion thereof, or upon expiration of this Lease, Lessee shall provide Lessor documentation in recordable form of such termination or expiration within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of termination or expiration. Should Lessee fail to provide such documentation, Lessee hereby grants to Lessor the right and authority, after thirty (30) days prior written notice delivered to Lessee by certified mail at the address shown on this lease, or such other address as has been subsequently provided by Lessee to Lessor, to file an affidavit on record reflecting such expiration or termination, which filing shall be binding upon Lessee.

Termination of Record. On the expiration or sooner termination of this Agreement, the Parties will execute such documents, including in recordable form, and take such actions as are reasonably necessary to cancel this Agreement, and to release the Servitudes granted hereby, of record.

  • Retention of Records The Contractor and its subcontractors shall maintain all records pertinent to this Agreement, and all other financial, statistical, property, participant records, and supporting documentation for a period of no less than seven (7) years from the later of the date of acceptance of the final payment or until all audit findings have been resolved. If any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit or other action involving the records has been started before the expiration of the retention period, the records shall be retained until completion of the action and resolution of all issues which arise from it, or until the end of the seven (7) years, whichever is later, and until any outstanding litigation, audit, or claim has been fully resolved.

  • Location of Records The offices where the initial Servicer keeps all of its records relating to the servicing of the Pool Receivables are located at Xxx XXX Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000.

  • Clearing of Record Any letter of reprimand, suspension or any other sanction will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that such employee’s record has been discipline free for one year. All leaves of absence in excess of ten (10) calendar days will not count toward either of the above periods.

At any time after the Closing Date that TCCC or Splitco proposes to destroy such material or information, it shall first notify the other Party in writing and such other Party shall be entitled to receive such materials or information proposed to be destroyed.

  • Notation of Records Upon the request of the Administrative Agent, all promissory notes and all accounts receivable ledgers or other evidence of the Guarantor Claims accepted by or held by any Grantor shall contain a specific written notice thereon that the indebtedness evidenced thereby is subordinated under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Inspection of Records Upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Trustees and the Property Trustee, the records of the Trust shall be open to inspection by Securityholders during normal business hours for any purpose reasonably related to such Securityholder's interest as a Securityholder.

  • Return of Records BISYS may at its option at any time, and shall promptly upon the Trust's demand, turn over to the Trust and cease to retain BISYS' files, records and documents created and maintained by BISYS pursuant to this Agreement which are no longer needed by BISYS in the performance of its services or for its legal protection. If not so turned over to the Trust, such documents and records will be retained by BISYS for six years from the year of creation. At the end of such six-year period, such records and documents will be turned over to the Trust unless the Trust authorizes in writing the destruction of such records and documents.

  • Owner of Record The Seller is the owner of record of each Mortgage and the indebtedness evidenced by each Mortgage Note, except for the Assignments of Mortgage which have been sent for recording, and upon recordation the Seller will be the owner of record of each Mortgage and the indebtedness evidenced by each Mortgage Note, and upon the sale of the Mortgage Loans to the Purchaser, the Seller will retain the Mortgage Files with respect thereto in trust only for the purpose of servicing and supervising the servicing of each Mortgage Loan;

  • Retention of Records and Audit A. The Contractor shall maintain all financial data, supporting documents, and all other records relating to performance and billing under this Agreement for a period in accordance with state and federal law, a minimum retention period being no less than four (4) years after final payment under this Agreement. B. The Contractor shall permit the authorized representative of the Judicial Council or its designee or both at any reasonable time to inspect or audit all data relating to performance and billing to the Judicial Council under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, this Agreement is subject to examinations and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three years after final payment.
