Termination of Third Party Software Support. In the event that any Third Party Software Vendor terminates TNP’s right to continue to provide Support to the Customer for its Third Party Software, TNP shall use its reasonable endeavours to source a replacement supplier for such Support where possible. In the event that TNP is unable to source a replacement supplier, TNP may terminate upon twenty (20) days written notice to the Customer its obligations under this Agreement to support the relevant software. For the avoidance of doubt any such Vendor may also be able to source an alternative supplier of support for the Third Party Software and the Customer agrees to contact that Vendor and deal in good faith with both the Vendor and TNP in connection with finding such replacement supplier SCHEDULE 2
