Alternative Supplier means a supplier of Plasma that wishes to supply Plasma to the Buyer, other than Seller.

More Definitions of Alternative Supplier

Alternative Supplier means a manufacturer of SM other than SNC from its Moerdijk Plant whom the Issuing Party wishes to supply SM to its Plant pursuant to Clause 3.1;

Alternative Supplier means any Person who is not a Provider Group Company and who provides Outsourced Services to a Recipient Group Company.

Alternative Supplier means any Person that (i) has a Credit Rating equal to or better than Morgan Stanley’s Credit Rating and (ii) agrees that, if the Prepaid Agreement and other related agreements entered into by Prepaid Supplier (the “Prepaid Supplier Documents”) are novated to it, it will deliver an opinion or opinions of counsel in a form acceptable to Issuer, Bond Counsel (as defined in the Bond Indenture) and Swap Counterparty (as defined in the Prepaid Contract) that each of the Prepaid Supplier Documents are duly authorized by and enforceable against it.

Alternative Supplier means a supplier appointed by Supplier [***] in accordance with Article 7, to undertake the supply of Adsorbents on behalf of the Supplier in the event that Supplier is unable to supply the Adsorbents itself. For the avoidance of doubt, an Alternative Supplier may be an Affiliate of the Supplier or an independent third party;

Alternative Supplier shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(i) of this Agreement.

Alternative Supplier means either REBUILDERS AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLY CO., INC., or PGM OF TEXAS LLC, or any of their respective Affiliates.
