Termination of Waiting Period. After receipt of the executed ----------------------------- Agreement by Employee, and after the expiration of this seven (7) day waiting period in Section 7(b) of this Agreement, the Company will execute the Agreement.
Termination of Waiting Period. At any time after the date of submission of a joint ven- ture agreement under subsection (b), the Sec- retary may terminate the waiting periods re- ferred to in subsections (b) and (c) with respect to the agreement.
