Termination on 60 Days Notice. If the Company terminates this Agreement by 60 days prior written notice pursuant to Section 1 and if Employee's employment is thereafter terminated by the Company without Cause, such termination shall be treated as a termination without Cause pursuant to Section 9(b) and Employee's stock options shall be subject to the provisions of Section 6(b). The obligations of the Company contained in this Section 9(c) shall survive the termination of this Agreement by the Company pursuant to Section 1.

Termination on 60 Days Notice. Either Party may at any time terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (including with respect to one or more Sites), without penalty or cause, by giving a minimum of 60 days’ written notice to the other Party and in the event the Agreement is terminated in part, the remainder of the Agreement, if capable of performance, shall continue in full force and effect. In the event notice is given under this section, the Agency shall, during the notice period, provide only those services which the Administrator determines are reasonably required to complete the service in progress.
