Termination on Alcohol Abuse Grounds. Alcohol abuse by the Resident, any member of the household, a guest or another person under their control is grounds for termination of Lease if EHA determines such alcohol abuse interferes with the health, safety or right to peaceful enjoyment of the EHA public housing premises by other residents, or EHA employees.
