Termination Plan for Customers. This Termination Plan is for FOTO customers who sign a User Agreement with FOTO based on the agreement between the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) and FOTO. This Termination Plan outlines the procedures for CPA Members and for Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO) should the CPA determine not to renew its agreement for outcomes measurement with FOTO in subsequent years.

  • Information about Contractor Employees 23.1. The Authority may by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require relating to those of the Contractor’s employees carrying out activities under or connected with the Framework Agreement.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Refresh Provision for Permanent Employees Permanent Employees returning from LTD or workplace insurance leave to resume their regular working hours must complete eleven (11) consecutive working days at their regular working hours to receive a new allocation of sick/short-term disability leave. If the Employee has a recurrence of the same illness or injury, s/he is required to apply to reopen the previous LTD or WSIB claim, as applicable. The Local union and Local school board agree to continue to cooperate in the implementation and administration of early intervention and safe return to work processes as a component of the Short-Term Leave and Long-Term Disability Plans. In the event the Employee exhausts his/her sick/short-term disability leave allocation from the previous year and continues to work part-time, their salary will be reduced accordingly and a pro-rated sick/short-term allocation for the employee’s working portion of the current year will be provided. The new pro-rated sick/short-term leave allocation may not be used to top-up from part-time to full-time hours. Any changes to hours of work during a fiscal year shall result in an adjustment to the allocation.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager.   • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code.
