Terms and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing upon the date of its full ratification through June 30, 2022, and thereafter as provided by XXXXX. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing at its expiration, it shall give written notice of such intent to the other party no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to said expiration.
