Common use of Terms and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Terms and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing upon the date of its execution through June 30, 2011 and thereafter pursuant to PELRA. If the Association desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2011 it shall make every effort to give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2011 including complete language and detail of proposed changes.
