Terms, Conditions and Notifications. 5.1 CUSTOMER agrees, declares, and commits that it will conduct its transactions in accordance with the “Transaction Conditions” specified by NOORCM, and delivered to the customer at the time of account opening, and with updates of the said conditions which are occasionally notified in accordance with article 5.1 to the customer, depending on NOORCM’s transaction policies and market transaction policies. NOORCM hereby acknowledges that, it will realize its transactions within the frame of the Transaction conditions. Any change in the Transaction conditions will be notified to CUSTOMER via the internal e-mail service of the electronic trading platform, and to the personal e-mail address of CUSTOMER.

This Appendix B includes additional notifications and terms and conditions that govern the Award Agreement granted to you under the Plan if you are an employee that works or resides outside of the United States and/or in one of the countries listed below. If you are a citizen or resident of a country other than the one in which you are currently working and/or residing, transfer employment and/or residency to another country after the Grant Date, are a consultant, change employment status to a consultant position, or are considered a resident of another country for local law purposes, the Company shall, in its discretion, determine the extent to which the special terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable to you.
