Transaction Conditions definition

Transaction Conditions shall have the meaning given to it in Section 4.2(a) hereof.
Transaction Conditions means (i) in the case of any Additional Funding Transaction, the Additional Funding Conditions, (ii) in the case of any Roll-Over Transaction, the Roll-Over Conditions and (iii) in the case of any Deemed Roll-Over Transaction, the Deemed Roll-Over Conditions.
Transaction Conditions means the conditions set forth in Article X of this Agreement.

Transaction Conditions means the conditions set forth in Clause 10 of this Agreement.
