Common use of Terms of Licence Clause in Contracts

Terms of Licence. Land: the land at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, PL11 3JD as shown edged red on the attached plan. Licence Period: 5 April 2022 to 4 April 2023 inclusive of these dates. Licence Fee: £[ ]. Permitted Use: Between the hours of 6.00 am to 10.00 pm only to position one van trailer caravan not to exceed 6 metres in length on the Land for the sale of [ ]. The van trailer caravan must be removed from the Land at the end of each day and is not to return before 6.00 am on any following day.
