Agency licence. TfNSW will procure that each Agency grants to the MSP, and to the extent necessary any relevant MSP Personnel, for the Term, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to Use the Agency IP only to the extent necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with each Agency's directions from time to time.
