Common use of TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of this MOU is effective August 5, 2020 through July 31, 2025 and may be extended upon written mutual agreement. Either organization may terminate this MOU upon thirty (30) days written notice without penalties or liabilities.
