Testing and Flushing of Sewers. The complete sewer system, including house connections, shall be tested and flushed in accordance with OPSS 410, including video inspection. The Developer shall arrange the tests for sections of sewer between manholes and shall inform the Director of Infrastructure and Development when a section is on test and ready for inspection. Any sections of sewer which fail to meet the requirements of this section shall be repaired and retested.
