Textbook and Resource Allowance. The Queensland Government provides financial assistance to parents of students in Years 7 to 12 or of secondary education age, attending State and approved non-State schools, to offset the costs of textbooks and other resources. Assistance is provided in the form of a Textbook and Resource Allowance which is paid once a calendar year through the school. Parents have the option to receive the allowance directly from the school or as an offset of fees associated with participation in the school's Student Resource Scheme.   • Mineral Reserves and Resources The most recent estimated, proven and probable mineral reserves and the estimated measured, indicated and inferred mineral resources of Yamana disclosed in Yamana Documents have been prepared and disclosed in all material respects in accordance with all applicable Laws. There has been no material reduction (other than as a result of operations in the ordinary course of business) in the aggregate amount of estimated mineral reserves and estimated mineral resources of Yamana on a consolidated basis from the amounts disclosed publicly by Yamana.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Service Core Allowance As of 1 March 2024 the Employer shall pay $1.75 per hour for all work carried out in the construction of service core where the Employee is physically isolated from the top deck and working in an enclosed space. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. For a period of up to five working days, when Employees working in the service core are required to walk beyond four levels and up to a maximum of six levels, they will be paid double the Service Core Allowance.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
