Textbooks Selection. No basic textbook shall be selected on the basis of review by one individual. Appointed Committees of principals and teachers shall review several applicable texts. The one judged satisfactory by the majority of those serving on the Committee shall be presented to the Superintendent for approval.

  • Books of Accounts The LLC shall maintain proper books of account, which shall comply with all applicable federal income tax regulation and with generally accepted accounting practices as applicable to limited liability companies.
