Quarterly and Annual Reconciliation 10.6.1 The Parties acknowledge that all payments made against Monthly Bills and Supplementary Bills shall be subject to quarterly reconciliation within 30 days of the end of the quarter at the beginning of the following quarter of each Contract Year and annual reconciliation at the end of each Contract Year within 30 days to take into account the Energy Accounts, Tariff adjustment payments, Tariff Rebate, Late Payment Surcharge, or any other reasonable circumstance provided under this Agreement.
Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

Form B - Contractor’s Annual Employment Report Throughout the term of the Contract by May 15th of each year the Contractor agrees to report the following information to the State Agency awarding the Contract, or if the Contractor has provided Contract Employees pursuant to an OGS centralized Contract, such report must be made to the State Agency purchasing from such Contract. Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.
Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.
OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.
Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.
ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.
