THE ARRANGEMENTS. 4.1 The Parties agree that Schedule 2 sets out the: 4.1.1. aims, benefits and intended outcomes of the Parties in entering into the Arrangements; and 4.1.2. high level principles which underpin the delivery of the Parties’ obligations under this Agreement 4.1.3. key tasks and activities to be provided as part of these arrangements 4.1.4. key performance targets and quality standards anticipated. 4.2 The Parties agree that the aims, benefits and intended outcomes and the principles set out in Schedule 2 are aspirational and are not intended to give rise to legally binding rights and obligations between the Parties. 4.3 Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and with effect from the Commencement Date, the Parties have agreed to implement the Arrangements, being: 4.3.1 the arrangements regarding Combined Teams in Section 3 4.3.2 the governance arrangements in Section 4; and
