The Assisting Party and Requesting. Party shall mutually agree upon and make all arrangements for the preparation and actual Mobilization of personnel, material, Equipment, supplies and/or tools to the Requesting Party’s work area and the return (i.e. Demobilization) of such personnel, material, Equipment, supplies and/or tools to the Assisting Party’s work area. The Requesting Party shall be responsible for all Reasonable Costs or Expenses incurred by the Assisting Party for Mobilization and/or Demobilization, notwithstanding any early termination of such assistance by the Requesting Party.
