Common use of The Board has in place Clause in Contracts

The Board has in place. a General Liability Insurance Policy to protect the University and its staff members against certain risks to certain limits. A copy of the Policy shall be delivered to the Association. The Board continues to review the Policy to vary coverages and limits. Staff members are encouraged to apprise themselves of the existing University coverage and, where University coverage is not adequate to the needs of individual staff members, such staff members shall make their own insurance arrangements.
