The Caucus Executive Director will acknowledge, in writing, receipt of the employee's notice and will investigate and take such action as may be required respecting the allegation. If the employee feels that their allegation has not been adequately addressed at this level, they will so advise the Caucus Executive Director prior to proceeding to the next level of this process.
