Notice for Collective Bargaining. ‌ 3:01 Not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days preceding the expiry date of this Agreement either party to this Agreement may be served written notice to inform the other party of its intention to enter into collective bargaining for a renewal or a revision and renewal of the Collective Agreement or the conclusion of a new Collective Agreement. 3:02 Where a party to this Agreement has given notice under Section :01 above the other party of this Agreement, the parties, within fifteen (15) calendar days commencing from, and including, the first day after the day upon receipt of the proposals for renewal or revision and renewal of the Collective Agreement or for the conclusion of a new Collective Agreement, shall meet and commence to bargain collectively and make every effort to conclude a renewal or revision and renewal of the Collective Agreement or a new Collective Agreement.

Notice for Collective Bargaining. This agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either party giving written notice to the other party on or after June 30, 2019. Where no notice is given by either party prior to March 30, 2019 both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section on March 30, 2019 and thereupon Article 2.3 of this agreement applies.

The time lines and exchange of proposals set out in this Article can be altered by mutual agreement of the parties.

Notice for Collective Bargaining. ‌ 8:01 Should either party desire to propose changes to this Agreement, they shall give notice in writing, to the other party not more than ninety (90) calendar days and not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of termination. The Authority will remit to the Union monthly, any dues or initiations deducted along with a list of employees from whom deductions have been made. 6:05 At no time shall the number of part-time employees exceed ten percent (10%) of the total full time staff. This provision shall not apply to Food Service workers.
