Common use of The Company Group Life Insurance Plan Clause in Contracts

The Company Group Life Insurance Plan. Commencing the first day of the month following the end of the qualifying period for LTD benefits, an employee will continue receiving the same insurance option during receipt of LTD benefits as that in force prior to such receipt. An employee who is in receipt of LTD benefits is not required to make contributions to the Group Life Insurance plan.
