The Contract Period. 3.1 The contract period, costs, charges and rates shall be as agreed between the Primary Subscriber who is the account holder and the Company. 3.2 The Subscriber authorizes that he/she has read the Principal Contract, and the User Guide and understands the Terms of Service, as well as the Company’s billing and refund methods.
