The Department may vary payments or Participants. 25.1 The Department may, at any time, vary the payments under this Agreement or the number of Participants receiving Services from the Provider for all or part of the Agreement Term by written Notice: based on the Department’s assessment of projected changes to labour market conditions in an ESA or LMR (including past and/or future projected Participant demand); or acting reasonably, for any other reason as determined by the Department in its absolute discretion.

The Department may vary payments or Participants. The Department may, at any time, vary the payments under this Agreement or the number of Participants receiving Services from the Provider for all or part of the Agreement Term by written Notice: based on the Department’s assessment of projected changes to labour market conditions in an ESA or LMR (including past and/or future projected Participant demand); or acting reasonably, for any other reason as determined by the Department in its absolute discretion. If the Department exercises its rights under clause 25.1 the Provider must continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, as varied by the Department, unless the Department agrees otherwise in writing. Debts and offsetting Debts Any amount owed to the Department, or deemed to be a debt to the Department under this Agreement, including any Interest, will, without prejudice to any other rights available to the Department under this Agreement, under statute, at law or in equity, be recoverable by the Department, at its absolute discretion, as a debt due to the Commonwealth from the Provider without further proof of the debt being necessary. If the Department determines that the Provider has obtained a Reimbursement from the Employment Assistance Fund, for a Wage Subsidy or any type of reimbursement of an amount that it is not entitled to, that amount is a debt for the purpose of this clause 26. The Provider must pay to the Department any debt due to the Commonwealth from the Provider within 30 calendar days of receipt of a Notice from the Department requiring payment, or the due date for the payment, whichever is the earlier.

  • PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES 17.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, the employee shall, to the extent that they are required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the remainder of their shift. If it is necessary, the Employer will provide or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the site and/or to the employee’s home as necessary.

  • Saver’s Credit for IRA Contributions A credit of up to $1,000, or up to $2,000 if married filing jointly, may be available to certain taxpayers having a joint AGI of less than $65,000 in 2020, or $66,000 in 2021. The credit may also be available to certain taxpayers who are heads of household with an AGI of less than $48,750 in 2020, $49,500 in 2021, or married individuals filing separately and singles with an AGI less than $32,500 in 2020, or $33,000 in 2021. Some of the restrictions that apply include: • the individual must be at least 18; • not a full-time student; • not declared as a dependent on another taxpayer’s return; or • any distribution from most retirement plans (qualified and non-qualified) will decrease the eligible contribution.

  • Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you. If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court in a case filed after September 11, 2001, and before January 1, 2007, you are allowed to roll over any portion of the proceeds into your Xxxx XXX within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law.   • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.

  • How Are Contributions to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Reported for Federal Tax Purposes? Contributions to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account are reported on IRS Form 5498-ESA.

  • Benefit to Citizens of Xxxxxxx County The safety of the citizens of Xxxxxxx County is enhanced through this Agreement, which promotes safe boating conditions and reduces costs associated with patrols of recreational waterways.

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Leave With Pay for Family-Related Responsibilities (a) For the purpose of this clause, family is defined as spouse (or common-law spouse resident with the employee), dependent children (including xxxxxx children and children of legal or common-law spouse), parents (including stepparents or xxxxxx parents), or any relative residing in the employee's household or with whom the employee permanently resides.
