The Direct Contract Support Cost Claim. The “DCSC Claim” refers to any claim for relief in connection with a BIA ISDA contract alleging that Defendants failed to comply with 25 U.S.C. § 450j-1(a)(3)(A)(i) of the ISDA as regards DCSC. This claim has already been resolved for the 1994 fiscal year pursuant to the Parties’ Second Partial Settlement Agreement, as defined below in Section II.G.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides. If Customer purchases Microsoft Support Services through a Partner, Microsoft will be responsible for the performance of those services subject to the terms of this Agreement. Pricing and payment If Customer orders from a Partner, the Partner will set Customer’s pricing and payment terms for that order, and Customer will pay the amount due to the Partner. Pricing and payment terms related to orders placed by Customer directly with Microsoft are set by Microsoft, and Customer will pay the amount due as described in this section.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • CONTRACT SUM 9.1.1 The Contract Sum is stated in the State-Contractor Agreement and, including authorized adjustments thereto, is the total amount payable by the State to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under the Contract Documents.
