The Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa Sample Clauses

The Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa. The Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (hereinafter ‘CEMAC’) also expressed interest in passengers’ rights and in 2007 devel- oped its own piece of legislation. CEMAC Regulation No 06/0787 foresees that, in the case of long delays, passengers should be offered the cost of a phone call, the option to eat, and accommodation if required. So far, the provisions of this CEMAC Regulation have not been subject to any interpretation by the CEMAC Court. Again, it would be instructive to observe if any Court seized on this question would rely on existing foreign jurisprudence or would adopt a regional approach.
