Common use of The Furniture Bargaining Clause in Contracts

The Furniture Bargaining. Council Death and Disability Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the standard D.D.S.), established in terms of the Agreement published under Government Notice No. R. 1866 of 3 July 1992, as amended and extended, is continued in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 and the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act 66 of 1995)(as amended).

Council Death and Disability Funeral Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the standard D.D.S.D.F.S.), established in terms of the Agreement published under Government Notice No. R. 1866 of 3 July 1992, as amended and extended, is continued in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 and the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act 66 of 1995)(as amended).
