2.7.5 Softec shall determine the games available in the casino and both versions of the sportsbook, from time to time, in its sole discretion.
2.7.6 Softec shall determine the lottery tickets available in the casino as well as the forms of play, from time to time, in its sole discretion.

THE GAMES. (a) The Company is the sole legal and beneficial owner, registered proprietor or licensee of all of the Games, free from any Encumbrances.
(b) Full and complete details of all Games and copies of any licences and other agreements relating to them (including, without limitation, their Exploitation) are Disclosed.
(c) All royalties and other payments due to any third party by the Company in respect of the development and/or Exploitation of the Games prior to Completion have been paid in full and in accordance with the terms of the relevant contracts. For the purposes of this paragraph 21, “Exploit” shall mean to reproduce, manufacture, publish, market, distribute, sell, licence, disseminate, communicate, make available, diffuse, perform, display, exhibit, show, play, transmit, re-transmit, download, rent, hire, lend, issue to the public and otherwise exploit and authorise any third party to do any of the foregoing and “Exploitation” shall be construed accordingly.
THE GAMES. 2.1. The Gumbler platform provides its Users with the ability to play third party Games and to participate in contests or challenges with other Users of the Gumbler platform. The Games are, in fact, games of pure skill. Thus, when participating in a contest or challenge with other Users it is your speed (e.g. racing games, some quiz games) and/or skill in playing the Game that is assessed against other Users, and the winner will be the User who, through skill and judgment, scores the most (or less, depending on the game’s rules) points in the relevant Game.
