Lottery Tickets means the game tickets to be used in each individual lottery game.

  • If Retailer advertises the sale of its Business, the advertisement shall not imply or state that the sale of the Business transfers any right to sell Lottery Tickets or Shares.

  • Retailer may not assign, delegate, subcontract, or in any way transfer this Contract, in whole or in part, including, without limitation, the authority to act as a Lottery Retailer and to sell Lottery Tickets or Shares in exchange for the receipt of payment of the retail price of such Tickets or Shares.

  • Except for a security interest granted to Lottery, Retailer may not grant a security interest or lien in, or otherwise encumber, any payments received from the sale of Lottery Tickets or Shares.

  • Similarly young people wanting to buy National Lottery Scratch Cards or Lottery Tickets can do so at the age of 16 years.

  • Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate.
